safeguarding the privacy of its on-line users' Personal
information. . Please read the following policy to understand
the rules and procedures followed by Life Bliss Foundation in
handling Personal information provided to us over the

What information does Life Bliss Foundation collect?
Life Bliss Foundation collects the Personal information only
from persons who contact us and voluntarily provide the
information to us or that is given to us by various affiliated
Life Bliss Foundation organizations (satsangs and centers)
that have your permission to share your Personal information.
*Personal information* means your name, shipping/mailing
address, telephone number, fax number, and email address and
may include your program registration and donation
preferences. We do not collect credit or debit card account
numbers through our website. All financial transactions such
as payment for our programs and donations done through our
website are processed by Paypal, an independent third party
online payment processing company. Users may review the terms
of use and privacy policy for Paypal at www.paypal.com.
How Life Bliss Foundation uses the Personal Information
- We use your personal information to respond to and
fulfill requests for products and services including:
Sending information about the activities of Life Bliss
Foundation, Nithyananda Foundation, Dhyanapeetam and our
affiliates.
- Sending you our e-newsletters
- Contacting you about the status of your orders,
donations and program registrations
- Completing your purchases and program registrations
- Completing your donations
When we disclose personal information to others
- Life Bliss Foundation does exchange Personal information
with various affiliated organizations (satsangs and
centers) in the U.S. and abroad so that they can contact
people on the mailing list about Life Bliss Foundation's
programs and events.
- Life Bliss Foundation's mailing list, including the
Personal information we receive through the internet, is
never shared with any commercial organizations and is
never sold, rented or given to unrelated third parties.
- Life Bliss Foundation will disclose Personal information
to third parties if we believe in good faith that the law
requires us to do so.
Right to control and procedures to protect personal
information
- Individuals who wish to register online for our programs
and events are allowed to register online using the
Register button on our website by providing their name,
address, email id, and telephone number.
- Individuals who purchase goods or services from the
Ananda Galleria online store or who give donations through
our Life Bliss Foundation websites or who register and pay
online for our programs are redirected to the Paypal
website to complete the payment transaction. All financial
information entered online is collected and processed by
Paypal and Life Bliss Foundation does not collect,
process, or retain any of the credit card information in
our files. Please review the terms of use and privacy
policy on the Paypal website. The only information
maintained by us are your name, address, telephone number,
and email address. Life Bliss Foundation limits access to
your Personal information to those persons that are
required to fulfill the requests for information, services
or products. Your Personal information is protected with
access only to those selected and authorized persons.
How we use Cookies
- Life Bliss Foundation does not use cookies to store
information. A cookie is a small amount of data that is
sent to your browser from a web server and stored in your
computer's hard drive.
- When buyers place items in the shopping cart at
anandagalleria.com, they are redirectd to a shopping cart
engine powered by PaidShopCart. Users can review the

Regarding Children
- Life Bliss Foundation does not knowingly collect
Personal information about or from persons under the age
of 13.
- We do not sell or market products or services for
purchase by children; however Dhyanapeetam does operate a
program for children called Little Ananda's.
- Life Bliss Foundation website does not collect any
Personal information from children who visit our site. Nor
is any personal information collected from IP addresses,
log files or other backend systems. Life Bliss Foundation
and Dhyanapeetam may collect certain aggregate data, such
as the number of users who visit the Web site, and may
share that data with other sites owned and operated by
Life Bliss Foundation or affiliated organizations.
Amendment of Policy
Life Bliss Foundation reserves the right to amend this Privacy
Policy any time. No individual notice of such changes will be
provided but they will appear on the website in the form of a
revised and newly dated Privacy Policy. Our current policy was
amended June, 2007.
