Life Bliss Meditation (LBM) - What it is

The Life Bliss guided meditation is a simple, natural, effortless, easily learned technique practiced for 35 minutes a day, sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. The practice is not a religion or philosophy, nor does it require any change of lifestyle.

 The Life Bliss Meditation is:
